If you go to any real estate search site, you’ll be bombarded by the click options for real estate agents waiting to help you. This is progress from where the industry was 20 years ago, but quick and easy access may not translate to client satisfaction. Anyone buying and selling real estate has his or her own view of what the “perfect” agent will offer, so a bit more time screening is always warranted.
You need an agent whose personality and work style give you what you need to be comfortable in moving through your transaction. Don’t settle for less than you deserve! Each of us has a different compilation of views about what we need and what’s important when it comes to a real estate transaction. Real estate agents are human too; they also have a view of what they should do and how they should work with any perspective client. While it’s true that agents can adjust to any given client, there are limits to how flexible they can be and still be authentic.
So while any quality agent can help you complete your real estate transaction, find an agent who you can trust AND one whose work style matches with yours.
